Cement based leveling compound with high polymer content and excellent self leveling properties for preparing ready-to-install substrates up to 40 mm layer thickness for the immediate installation of floor coverings. Suitable for install-in-one-day applications. In a minimum thickness of 3/16“ (5 mm) suitable as final load top in garages, basements, storage facilities and alike.
Suitable under ceramic and natural stone tiles in combination with waterproofing membrane in accordance to 0, A0 and B0 classification. Servoplan S 111 is suitable on poured asphalt of hardness class IC 10 (not as a final topping) and electric floor heating systems. To extend support of the tensile and flexural strengths use Kiesel fibers as an additive.
When under time pressure work can be shortened by adding powder accelerator to shorten the hardening and readiness for covering installations.

The substrate must comply with VOB Part C, DIN 18 352 or DIN 18 365 and must be installation ready. Prepare substrates according to the current BEB publication "Assessment and preparation of substrates" and TKB-8. Depending on the type of substrate and the intended use prime first with Okatmos® GG, Okatmos® UG 30, Okatmos® EG 10, Okatmos® EG 20, Okatmos® EG 25,Okatmos® DSG, Okamul PU-V schnell, Okapox GF or Okapox SPG.
Kiesel system structure must be executed. Traffic ready and non-absorbent substrates such as ceramic tiles, terrazzo, and mastic asphalt must be clean clean and free of dust do not require primer. Clean stone floors with Okamul GR cleaner before any application. Prime calcium sulphate screeds in layers thicker than 10 mm with Okatmos® DSG, Okamul PU-V schnell, Okapox GF or Okapox SPG. Prime slabs-on-grade with Okapox GF with two layers crisscrossing each layer adding quartz sand over second layer.

Mix Servoplan S 111 with clean water. Using an electric mixer at max 600 U / min mix to a lump free consistency. Stir again after about 5 min slake time. Spread self-leveling compound with proper a trowel or spreader. To accelerate the curing and drying time add 1 package powder accelerator to the mix. When working over mastic asphalt with the addition of powder accelerator respect a maximum thickness of 10 mm. As a wearing surface minimum thickness of 5 mm to comply.
When using as a final toping you may expect discoloration in cement caused by the nature of the cementitious material. Wet on wet applications are possible, otherwise when completely dry re-prime with Okatmos® DSG, Okatmos® GG, Okatmos® UG 30 or Okatmos® EG 10, Okatmos® EG 20, Okatmos® EG 25. Avoid direct sunlight and drafts during drying/pouring. If in doubt perform mock-up installation. When adding Kiesel reinforcing fibers mix self-leveling first and then add the fibers with ratio of: 1bag of fibers per 1 bag of Servoplan S 111. Let is slake and spread the self-leveling compound using proper tools.
