Cementitious, polymer-modified rapid setting self leveling compound for interior and exterior (not designed to be used in wood construction or wooden elements) for leveling substrates ready for laying with a layer thickness of 3 - 30 mm. To be used under ceramic tile coverings, cast stone and natural stone coverings. By reducing the water ratio to about 15% it can be used over slightly sloped substrates. Servoplan RE 330 must be used on exterior installations with proper waterproofing membranes. Servoplan RE 330 is a perfect underlayment solution under large format tiles.

As as use layer in interior areas for normal loading with a coat of paint or coating. As a using surface indoors for normal loading and private garages up to max. double garages suitable with a coat system e.g. Lithofin Basic Protection W + 2 x Lithofin MULTI-SEAL and HEBAU COLORFRESH®. Before applying coatings / impregnations, grind the surfaces and clean them dust-free. The notes in the technical data sheets of the setting manufacturer must always be observed.

The substrate must be inspected and ready for installation in accordance with the respective regulations of the individual countries as well as the current state of technology. Substrates must be pre-treated in accordance with the current BEB datasheet ('Evaluation and Preparation of Substrates').

Exterior substrates consisting of cement screed, concrete, suitable old coverings (previously cleaned with an alkaline basic cleaner) must be primed with Okatmos® UG 30. Interior and mineral based substrates must be primed with Okatmos® DSG, Okatmos® GG or Okatmos® UG 30. Prime calcium sulphate screeds in layers thicker than 10 mm with Okatmos® DSG, Okamul PU-V rapid or Okapox GF. Over mastic asphalt max. thickness of 10 mm.

Mix Servoplan RE 330 with clean and cool water within the ratio of: 3.75 to 5.25 liters / 25 kg using an electric mixer at max 600 rpm to a lump-free consistency. Mix it again after about 5 minutes slack time. Use flat trowel to spread it. Processing time: approximately 20 minutes.
If second coat of leveling is required, always apply wet-on-wet immediately after the surface is ready for foot traffic, or wait until the self-leveling compound is full dry and prime again with Okatmos® GG, Okatmos® UG 30 or Okatmos® DSG. Avoid direct sunlight and drafts during drying. If in doubt perform test area first.
