Servoplan Ki 3
Universal screed
- self-leveling
- up to 10 mm thickness (laced with quartz sand up to 20 mm)
- suitable for multi-layered prefabricated parquet
- long processing time

Cement-bound, very low-emission, polymer-modified universal screed with good levelling properties for filling and levelling ready-to-install substrates up to 10 mm layer thickness before the installation of resilent and textile floor coverings as well as multi-layered engineered parquet in conjunction with Bakit EK new or Bakit FPK.
Also suitable as a substrate for laying ceramic tiles, natural stone and artificial stone. For dry interior areas on load-bearing, rigid and dimensionally stable substrates, as well as for water exposure classes according to DIN 18534 W0-I, W1-I, and W2-I in private bathrooms and hotel showers outside the shower area, in conjunction with a bonded waterproofing system. Also suitable on mastic asphalt screeds of hardness class IC 10 and on suitable, firmly bonded and screwed-down chipboard/OSB panels in layer thicknesses up to 5 mm. Servoplan Ki 3 cannot be used as a finished floor.
The substrate must be tested and ready for laying pursuant to VOB, Part C, DIN 18 365, DIN 18 356 as well as the state-of-the-art. Prepare the substrate in accordance with the current BEB datasheet, “Assessment and Preparation of Substrates”, as well as datasheet TKB-8.
Depending on the type of substrate and its future intended use, pre-coat with Okatmos® EG 10, Okatmos® EG 20, Okatmos® EG 25, Okatmos® DSG, Okatmos® UG 30, Okapox GF, Okapox SPG,Okamul PU-V schnell or Bakit PV-Universal, to ensure a system setup is guaranteed.
Mix Servoplan Ki 3 with clean, cool water using an electric stirrer at max. 600 rpm until lump-free. To improve the flow and processing properties we recommend a slake time of 3-5 minutes after the initial mixing and stir again. Then apply the filler using a trowel or squeegee. If second coat of leveling is required, always apply wet-on-wet immediately after the surface is ready for foot traffic or wait until the self-leveling compound is full dry and prime again withOkatmos® EG 10, Okatmos® EG 20, Okatmos® EG 25, Okatmos® DSG, Okatmos® UG 30, Okapox GF, Okapox SPG,Okamul PU-V schnell oder Bakit PV-Universal.
Avoid direct sunlight and draft during the drying period. If in doubt perform a test area first.

- Keep locked up and out of the reach of children.
- Keep children away from fresh product/laying material!
- Store in a cool, dry place.
- Opened containers must immediately be re-sealed tightly.
- Wear nitrile-impregnated cotton gloves and long trousers.
- When mixing wear a protective dust-mask and safety goggles.
- Ensure thorough ventilation during and after processing/drying!
- Avoid eating, drinking, and smoking when processing the product!
- If the product comes into contact with your eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and consult an ophthalmologist.
- Avoid prolonged skin contact with the product. Immediately and thoroughly clean any affected skin areas with water. The longer the freshly mixed product remains on the skin, the greater the risk of serious skin damage.
- Do not allow the product to enter sewerage networks, watercourses or ground soil.
- Clean tools immediately after use with soap and water.
- Only recycle completely emptied containers.
- Solid, dried and cured residues can be disposed of as construction waste or as domestic waste.
- The basic requirements for optimal indoor air quality after flooring work are standard-compliant installation conditions and thoroughly dried substrates, primers, and leveling compounds.
