Cement bonded, acrylic polymer enhanced, fast drying, self-leveling compound for leveling concrete based subfloors up to 20 mm / 1/32“ – ¾” layer thickness in one pour. Servoplan Ki 1 is suitable as a subfloor for installation of: ceramic, natural stone, textile, resilient and parquet/hardwood floor coverings. For dry interior areas on load-bearing, flexurally rigid and dimensionally substrates. Also suitable for mastic asphalt screeds of hardness class IC 10 in layer thicknesses up to 10 mm. To increase the tensile and flexural strengths add Kiesel reinforcing fibers.

The substrate must be inspected and ready for installation in accordance with the respective regulations of the individual countries as well as the current state of technology. Substrates must be pre-treated in accordance with the current BEB datasheet ('Evaluation and Preparation of Substrates').

Depending on the type of substrate, floor coverings and the requirements such as subsequent loading conditions prime substrate with: Okatmos® GG,Okatmos® GGS, Bakit PV-Universal, Okatmos® UG 30, Okatmos® EG 20, Okatmos® DSG, Okamul PU-V schnell or Okapox GF. On calcium sulfate based screeds exceeding 10 mm use Okatmos® DSG, Okamul PU-V schnell or Okapox GF primers.

In order to optimally utilize the flow properties of the levelling compound, we point out that there is an increased priming preparation of the substrate necessary. In case of extremely different absorbent substrates, we recommend priming in an increased amount.

A system structure assembly must be provided.

Mix Servoplan Ki 1 with clean, cool water using an electric mixer at a max of 600 RPM until there are no more lumps. After approx. 5 minutes slake time, remix again. Then, pour and immediately apply the compound with a smoothing trowel or rake and leave to level.

For layer thicknesses of 10 mm and above, Servoplan Ki 1 can be stretched with quartz sand (grain size 0.6 - 1.2 mm).

Releveling may be done if necessary, wet-on-wet according to accessibility, otherwise prime again with Okatmos® GG, Okatmos® GGS, Okatmos® UG 30, Okatmos® EG 20 or Okatmos® DSG. During drying avoid direct sunlight and drafts. If reinforcing fibers are required add one bag of Kiesel-fibers additive to the previously mixed self-leveling compound and mix until a homogeneous mixture is achieved. Let it slake and remix it again pouring self-leveling compound immediately and spreading it with a flat trowel.
