EC1_GB_black

Polymer-modified, low-tension cement mortar for bonded levelling on bare concrete floors, screeds, terrazzo, tile and slab floors for interior layer thickness of 3-40 mm. Suitable for load-bearing, rigid and dimensionally stable surfaces as well as for water impact classes according to DIN 18534 W0-I, W1-I and W2-I in private bathrooms and hotel showers outside of the shower area in conjunction with a composite waterproofing system. By adding Okamul 71, Servoplan D 800 is also suitable for use on mastic asphalt screeds of hardness class IC 10 as well as for filling in heating mats.

Suitable as a ready-to-lay substrate for all floor coverings and as a wear layer for normal use in conjunction with a paint or coating. If dense coatings are used, the substructure must remain permanently dry.

The substrate must be inspected and ready for installation in accordance with the respective regulations of the individual countries as well as the current state of technology. Substrates must be pre-treated in accordance with the current BEB datasheet ('Evaluation and Preparation of Substrates').

Depending on the type of substrate and subsequent use, apply Okatmos® DSG, Okatmos® GG, Okatmos® EG 10, Okatmos® EG 20, Okatmos® EG 25,Okatmos® UG 30, Bakit PV-Universal, Okamul PU-V schnell, Okapox GF or Okapox SPG to ensure a proper system structure.

When using Servoplan D 800 on calcium sulphate screeds in thickness of more than 10 mm, prime with Okatmos® DSG, Okapox GF, Okapox SPG or Okamul PU-V schnell.

Mix Servoplan D 800 with clean water using an electric mixer at the maximum speed of 600 rpm until there are no lumps. To improve the spreading properties and surface appearance, we recommend a 3-minute maturing time. After that stir again. Then apply the thin screed with a smoothing trowel or squeegee and let it level. Servoplan D 800 can be stretched with quartz sand (grain size 0.6 - 1.2 mm) for layer thickness from 10 mm. On mastic asphalt (for layer thickness up to max. 10 mm) and when filling heating mats, Servoplan D 800 must be coated with 1 litre of Okamul 71 per 25 kg of powder.

Continuously operating screw or piston mixing pumps may be used for pumping. If work is interrupted, clean machines and hoses immediately.

Avoid direct sunlight and drafts during drying. Lay some screed as a practice, in case of doubt.
