Cement-bound, polymer-modified universal screed with good levelling quality for filling and levelling substrates up to 10 mm thick (up to 20 mm when laced with quartz sand). Also suitable for asphalt screeds with a hardness class of IC 10, in layers up to 5 mm thick.

ServoMulti S 110 is suitable as a substrate for laying ceramic floor coverings, natural and artificial stone, and elastic and textile floor coverings.

ServoMulti S 110 cannot be used as a subfloor or in wet rooms.

The substrate must be inspected and ready for installation in accordance with the respective regulations of the individual countries as well as the current state of technology. Substrates must be pre-treated in accordance with the current BEB datasheet ('Evaluation and Preparation of Substrates').

Depending on the type of substrate, floor coverings and the requirements such as subsequent loading conditions prime substrate with: Okatmos® GGS, Bakit PV-Universal, Okatmos® UG 30, Okatmos® EG 20, Okatmos® DSG, Okamul PU-V schnell or Okapox GF. On calcium sulfate based screeds exceeding 10 mm use Okamul PU-V schnell or Okapox GF primers.

The technical data sheets for the products used must be observed.

A system structure assembly must be provided.

Mix ServoMulti S 110 with clean water at a maximum speed of 600 rpm, using an electric mixer, until there are no clumps. Leave to stand for approx. 5 minutes and then mix again. Next, apply the screed with a trowel or a scraper. Avoid direct sunlight and draughts during the drying period. Lay some screed as a practice, in case of doubt.
