Quick-setting grout for joints based on Portland cement with flexible-working components. For grouting ceramic wall and floor surfaces, for interior and exterior applications. For joint widths 3 - 25 mm. Servoflex F is used where particularly demanding joints are required such as stress relief, formability and abrasion resistance. Suitable for:

  • ceramic tiles and coverings (for stoneware as well) ceramic surfaces on Okaphone insulating/sound deadening boards from Kiesel, appropriate natural stone coverings (not suitable for marble)balconies, terraces, facade panelsheating finishes, wall constructions and gypsum boards

For uniform results use only products with the same batch number. Before grouting the mortar must be almost completely cured and dry, the joints must be clean and equally deep. Mix Servoflex F with clean, cold water to a paste-like grout compound of uniform color. For application on walls adjust consistency by reducing the water ratio. Fill joints first crossways and then diagonally. As soon as the grout starts to dry, wipe with a sponge and as little water as possible. The grout has dried sufficiently when it can only be pressed in slightly with the fingertip. Remove excess grout from tile immediately. If necessary, wipe grout remains with sponge within 1 hour. Do not dust uncured joints with grout powder. Do not use dried up grout remains.
Avoid direct sun exposure and draught during the curing and installation process.
It is recommended to cover freshly grouted exterior areas and non-absorbent material with plastic foil to keep the grouted area moist.
To avoid staining: Low temperature delays the hardening process and may cause color variations. Ground moisture can cause efflorescence and discolored joints. Scrubbing and cleaning the dried joints with highly diluted, acidic cleansers has proven to be very effective. Wet the joints before applying cleanser. Work from the top to the bottom on walls and avoid puddles on the bottom. Servoflex F is a cement-based product and therefore not entirely resistant to aggressive cleansers and water with high chloride content.
