Fast setting, cementitious flexible waterproofing membrane for sealing buildings against surface water as well as water under pressure. The thin layer enables Servoflex DMS 1K-schnell SuperTec to offer constructional advantages: It is also suitable to use as a seal internally and externally on wall surface and floor surface in an composite construction under natural dressed stone (ashlar) coverings and ceramic coverings of new buildings and old buildings. It is suitable to use as a substrate according to the moisture-loading class, e.g., plasters in Mortar Groups II & III (DIN 18 550 Parts 1 & 2), concrete (DIN 1045), aerated concrete building boards (DIN 4166), cavity wall building boards made from lightweight concrete (DIN 18 148) or cement screeds, cast asphalt screeds and calcium-sulphate screeds (DIN 18 560).

Servoflex DMS 1K-schnell SuperTec provides thin structured uncoupling characteristics and reduces tensions.

Servoflex DMS 1K-schnell SuperTec can be used in residential and commercial swimming pools on wall and floor surfaces. The height of the tank must not exceed 4.0 m. When exceeding heights of the pool basin between 4-10.0 meters use Okapox GF-M or Okapox royal to adhere Kiesel based sealing/waterproofing tapes and sealing flanges, including shocks exposed elements.

Suitable substrates depending on the levels of humidity, for example: plasters of mortar groups II + III (DIN 18 550 part 1 + 2), concrete (DIN 1045), poured concrete (DIN 4166), are made from lightweight structural concrete walls (DIN 18 148) or cement, mastic asphalt and calcium sulphate screeds (DIN 18 560).

Servoflex DMS 1K-schnell SuperTec meets the requirements of the TDS of the German Association od Tiles and Natural stone on the subject "bonded waterproofing" and "Swimming pools". These recommendations and the guidelines regarding proper drainage systems must be observed. Use only as product solution with the below listed adhesive mortars in accordance to "General Building Supervision Certificate" with the test number P-5182/618 / 10th MPA BS of Materials Testing for building TU Braunschweig.

The dry or moist substrate must have a clean, sound, fine-pored and largely flat surface. Treat the surface by abrasive blasting (water or sand blasting) or by sanding/grinding it down. Prepare and patch any holes, voids or cracks in a separate working operation, e.g., with Servocret RS. Small holes and indentations can also be retouched on account of the high stability. Pre-coat any non- absorbent substrates with Okatmos® UG 30. Okatmos® UG 30 is also suitable on absorbent, dry substrates on external areas. Concrete walls in submersed areas must be roughened in order to improve the adhesion, e.g., by sanding-blasting. Primer any old, sound, floor tile coverings that are free of cracks and prime exterior and interior areas with Okatmos® UG 30.

Prime decorative surfaces such as ServoArt®, Stucco with undiluted Okatmos® UG 30 and apply Servoflex DMS 1K-schnell SuperTec and let it dry completely.

Mix Servoflex DMS 1K-schnell SuperTec lump-free with clean and cool water. Mix again after about 5 minutes of slake-time. Apply with specified notch trowel spreading and knocking down the notches immediately.

In the submerged areas use 3 mm square notched trowel, second and third application 4 mm square notched trowel. Then pull the webs smooth. Control the overall thickness while is wet.

To avoid cracking in corners, use the waterproofing tape or interior/exterior corners and embed them in to the fresh waterproofing membrane. For additional sealing of pipe protrusions and drainage system use waterproofing sleeve "wall" and "floor" and embed them in to the fresh waterproofing membrane following with a top coat.

Waterproofing tape joints must be overlapped at least 6 cm.

At a water depth exceeding 4.0meters use waterproofing band and with Okapox GF-M or Okapox royal. Spread oven-dried quartz sand on its surface.

Preferably use only floor drains with fixed and loose flange.

Mix Servoflex DMS 1K-schnell SuperTec to a spreadable consistency and imbed floor sleeve immediately. Use Okamul PU-EM when dealing with metal of smooth surface artificial substrates.
