Fast setting, chloride-free assembly cement mortar for indoor and outdoor use. For quick and easy installation of sanitary and electrical installations, shop windows, machines, stair and balcony railings, garden fences and posts, garden gates, heating systems, traffic signs, road nails, various markings, steel assembly and sealing of water leaks. Freeze/thaw resistant.
Servofix MZ is waterproof, not prone to efflorescence and does not contain corrosive constituents.

Clean surface from dust and loose particles, in accordance to VOB standards. Do not use at temperatures below 41 °F (+5 °C), or directly on the frozen substrate. Pre-wet substrate sufficiently prior to the installation. Mix Servofix MZ with clean and cool water to a homogeneous consistency. Do not mix it to a pourable consistency. Water requirement: approx. 0.3 liter / kg. Process mixed cement within one minute. Do not add water or remix once the Servofix MZ started to harden. Setting time of about 3 minutes. Servofix MZ can be mixed with dry silica sand or clean river sand. Mixing ratio: 2 parts of Servofix MZ + 1 RT quartz sand premix dry. Add 3/4 parts of cool water within one minute to form a unified mixture and apply immediately.

At +20°C (68°F) and 65 % rel. humidity. Higher temperatures and low humidity decreases, lower temperatures and high humidity increases this value respectively.
