Cementitious, polymer modified universal self-leveling compound with good flowing characteristics for leveling substrates up to 10 mm thickness before installation of resilient and textile floor coverings and parquet flooring installation.
Do not use in wet areas. To increase the tensile and flexural strengths adding Kiesel reinforcing fibers is possible.
The substrate must be inspected and ready for installation in accordance with the respective regulations of the individual countries as well as the current state of technology. Substrates must be pre-treated in accordance with the current BEB datasheet ('Evaluation and Preparation of Substrates').
Depending on the type of substrate and the subsequent use, prime with Okatmos® GGS, Okamul HD 11, Okatmos® DSG, Okatmos® EG 20, Okamul PU-V schnell, Bakit PV-Universal or Okapox GF. On calcium sulfate based screeds exceeding 10 mm use Okamul PU-V schnell or Okapox GF primers. A system structure assembly must be provided.
Mix Servofix FG with clean, cool water using an electric mixer at max. 600 rpm until lump-free. To improve the flow properties and the surface finish we recommend a slake time of 3 minutes and then mix it again. Apply with a trowel or squeegee up to the desired thickness and levelness. Add 1 liter of Okamul 71 to 5 liters of water and 20 kg of powder when the substrate shows variation in thickness or when applied over mastic asphalt.
When used under parquet use max. 5.2 liters of water.
If second coat of leveling is required, always apply wet-on-wet immediately after the surface is ready for foot traffic or wait until the self-leveling compound is full dry and prime again with Okamul HD 11 or Okatmos® EG 20.
Avoid direct sunlight and draft during drying. If in doubt perform test area first.
When adding Kiesel reinforcement fibers to the Servofix FG mix the compound first and as per above mentioned guidelines add 1 bag of fibers mixing it to a homogenous consistency. After slake time mix compound again and spread using recommended trowels.

At 68 °F (+20 °C) and 65 % relative humidity. Higher temperature and low humidity decreases, lower temperature and high humidity increases this value respectively.
