High yield, very low emission dispersion adhesive for bonding linoleum. Suitable also for the bonding of textile coverings with different backings, and PVC laminated flooring with fleece backing. Okatmos® star 600 has a high initial and final adhesion. Spray-Ex and cleaning agents suitable. Okatmos® star 600 prevents odours thanks to its sanitizing characteristics.

The substrate must comply with VOB Part C, DIN 18 365. Follow substrates guidelines according to the current BEB publication "Assessment and preparation of substrates" information sheet and TKB-8. Depending on the coverings, nature of the substrate, use appropriate Kiesel primers and levelling/patching compounds. When installing linoleum over non-absorbent observe proper thickness of patching and levelling compounds. The technical data sheets of the products used must be observed. A Kiesel system structure must be in place.

Mix Okatmos® star 600 well. Then apply adhesive with the appropriate notched trowel onto the substrate. After ventilation time of 5-10 minutes install the covering and flatten the entire surface. Flatten harder coverings after approx.30 minutes. Additionally follow the installation instructions of the linoleum manufacturer, especially observe the instructions for acclimatization. Weld linoleum seems after minimum 24 hours.

Consumption is measured over Servoplan S 111. Consumption may vary and depends on the construction conditions, trowel sizing and application techniques.

Clean tools with water.
