Okatmos® star 150 Plus

Solvent-free, high bond pressure sensitive dispersion adhesive, rollable. Specialy designed for non-slip attachment of the self-laying, removable carpet coverings in sheets or in tiles (modules) with felt, fleece or textile backing. Also suitable for fixing / bonding of VCT flooring (vinyl composite tiles). Okatmos® star 150Plus can be used over well prepared screeds, plywood, and metal, on fixed old floor coverings made of PVC, CV, linoleum and ceramic tile coverings and all other suitable substrates.
Okatmos® 150 Plus allows for recurrent installations of suitable coverings.
The substrate must comply with VOB Part C, DIN 18 365, local installation guidelines and must be ready installation ready. Substrates must comply in accordance to the current BEB publication "Assessment and preparation of substrates" and TKB- data 8. When installing over old floor coverings surface needs to be clean of any contaminants. Prime highly absorbent substrates prior to the application with Okatmos® star 150 Plus with Okamul HD 11 or Okatmos® EG 20.
Mix Okatmos® star 150 Plus well prior to use. Subsequently use a Moltopren/ velour or short pile lambskin roller or TKB A2 and apply evenly on the ground. Install suitable floor covering when adhesive film has completely dried.
Observe installations over access flooring and do not allow adhesive to ooze through the elements.

At 68 °F (+20 °C) and 65% relative humidity. Higher temperature and low humidity decreases, lower temperature and high humidity increases this value respectively.
