Okatmos® EN 30

Solvent-free, very low emission, needle-felt dispersion adhesive for installing single and multiple layer nee-dle-felt floor coverings. Lowers the risk of seam shrinkage. Okatmos® EN 30 possesses a fast and high strength development and forms a viscoplastic adhesive joint. Suitable for spray-extraction and shampoo cleaning. Okatmos® EN 30 has antimicrobial properties that help to avoid unpleasant odours.
The substrate must be inspected in accordance with VOB Section C, DIN 18 365, as well as the current state of technology, and be ready for laying. Substrates must be pre-treated in accordance with BEB and TKB-8 datasheets and always filled in sufficient thickness using Servofix, Servoplan, or Servoalpha self-levelling compounds.
A system structure must be ensured.
Stir Okatmos® EN 30 well before use.
Then apply the adhesive to the substrate using a suitable trowel. After an airing time of approx. 10-15 min-utes, lay the covering and rub over the entire area thoroughly.
Any stubborn coverings that continue to project upwards after rubbing should only be subjected to further rubbing after approx. 20-50 minutes.
Observe the laying instructions of the flooring manufacturer.

At 68 °F (+20 °C) and 65 % relative humidity. Higher temperature and low humidity decreases, lower temperature and high humidity in-creases this value respectively.
