The ideal self-adhesive sealing tape for corners, expansion and connection joints in conjunction with Kiesel waterproofing systems, liquid applied Okamul DF and the flexible cement based Servoflex DMS 1K Plus SuperTec and Servoflex DMS 1K-schnell SuperTec and the two-component polyurethane resin-based Okamul PU-FCA. Suitable for mineral substrates and substrates including stainless steel, aluminum and plastic.
The surface must be dry and free of dirt, dust and be free of release agents. Vacuum mineral based substrates first to remove dust completely and prime with Okatmos® UG 30 or Okamul GG. Metal substrates must be degreased with acetone.
Install sealing tape with designated Kiesel waterproofing membranes. Sealing tape joints must overlap at least 6 cm. Here, note the final thickness. The technical data sheets must be observed.
